Here, you can easily and professionally sell your digital products and reach a wide audience looking for game cards, online store credits, digital top-ups, and other digital goods.

 

Who Can Sell?
• Any trusted individual or legal entity with a verified account on the platform, including identity and required documentation verification.
• Selling privileges are activated after an initial review by the support team to ensure seriousness and policy compliance.
• Products must be 100% digital, such as codes, top-up cards, services, licenses, or digital files.

 

🧾 How to Sell a Product

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to your seller dashboard.
  3. Select "Add New Product." You may choose from the existing product list—there's no need to duplicate an already listed product. Only create a new product if it’s not already available.
  4. Fill in the following details accurately:
    • Product name
    • Clear and precise description
    • Delivery type (Instant / Manual)
    • Available quantity
    • Price (always in USD – or choose SDG if you want to fix the local price)
    • Product image or logo (optional)
    • Product file or code (depending on the type)
  5. Publish the product. It will be automatically reviewed or checked by our team before being approved and listed on the platform. If rejected, you will receive a notification explaining the reason, allowing you to edit and resubmit.

 

🔐 Seller Protection
• The platform provides an internal ticket system detailing every order and communication.
• Your personal information is never shared with buyers.
• Serious sellers are awarded a "Trusted" badge and earn higher trust levels after completing a number of successful sales while maintaining service quality.

 

🚚 Types of Delivery
🔹 Instant Products:
Delivered automatically after payment. Ideal for pre-generated codes and digital keys.
🔸 Manual Products:
Require the seller to deliver the item manually within a set timeframe.
Orders are automatically canceled if not delivered within 30 minutes.

 

📌 Important Rules and Guidelines
• All products must be original, non-duplicated, and not pirated.
• Product descriptions must clearly state:

  • What the buyer will receive
  • The supported platform or device (e.g., Steam, PSN, iTunes...)
  • The activation region or country, if applicable
    • Products with fraudulent or illegal content are strictly prohibited.
    • The platform is not responsible for incorrect deliveries; repeated violations will lead to seller suspension.
    • Prompt responses to manual order requests are highly encouraged.

 

💸 Earnings & Withdrawals
• Your earnings will be automatically added to your available balance 24 hours after a completed delivery with no disputes.
• You can request withdrawals in Sudanese Pounds or through other approved methods available on the platform.
• A small withdrawal fee applies depending on the payment gateway, calculated as a percentage of the amount. Minimum and maximum limits apply per withdrawal and per day.

 

⚖️ Dispute Policy
• If an issue arises, a ticket will automatically open within the order between you and the buyer.
• If no resolution is reached, the support team will intervene to make a fair decision.
• The refunded amount may be deducted from the seller's balance and returned to the buyer’s wallet.

 

🛑 Violations Leading to Seller Ban
• Selling fake or non-original products
• Frequent incorrect or delayed deliveries
• Ignoring manual order requests
• Violating local or international laws
• Attempting to communicate or transact outside the platform
